imageOur lives change in many ways, sometimes not always how we expect.

A spontaneous person from a young age, I have always felt the desire to help and nurture others. From the age of 18, I volunteered and campaigned across Europe to raise awareness of the cruel reality in Romanian orphanages. From there I made the decision to move to NYC never knowing or worrying about what it would hold for me… I stayed four years. A decision made in moments has given a lifetime of lasting memories… that make me smile and more importantly make me laugh every time I think of them.

I returned home, married and the pressure of society took hold. I was a workaholic and my life was a balancing act. At the end of 2006, I was struck by an illness that lasted for three months. It completely knocked me off my feet. During this time I realised my life needed to change in every possible way, facing fear with a smile, I knew instantly I would never go back! That’s what we call INSIGHT! Sometimes it takes years to have it and sometimes it just takes minutes, but when it comes, there is such a shift… your life changes for ever.

I started on a journey that day of personal discovery and still continue on that path today. It has been a journey of the highest highs and the darkest lows, but one I wouldn’t change. Every day I continue to learn more about myself, life and why people make the decisions they do. More importantly I have learnt to embrace fear, and know that with the right help…anything is possible.

Take the first step in faith. You don’t have to see the whole staircase.
Just take the first step

All my coaching relationships are very important to me. I only work with individuals that are committed to the process of coaching. I love working with clients who want to be challenged and who are prepared to step outside their comfort zones, who are willing to explore new territories of personal and professional growth. I draw upon my intuition and senses to guide my sessions, while remaining incredibly focused on my client’s agenda. While I consider myself to be professional, I like to keep sessions as light as possible, with some added fun.

Everyone has the ability to create an extraordinary life. It takes intention, focus, time, and disciplined action. It doesn’t happen overnight, it takes time. You’ve got to want it, to have the desire to sustain your pursuit of a better life,

You create your own universe as you go along
